NOTICE : Dear customer , Please Take noted that , We have some changes on self collection date and time.

Customer Place Order & made payment on 17th – 19th March Need to pickup on Pick up on 20th March , Customer Place Order & made payment on 20th March Need to pickup on 21st March , Customer Place Order & made payment from 21st March until 29th March  Need to pickup on 3rd April (Monday) or need to wait another Next monday. , due to our warehouse is currently undergoing renovation to improve our facilities and services.

Procedure

Self collect only available if you tick "Pickup From Store" on our website during selecting shipping methods.

• Ensure that you have created an account with us before you start to purchase.
• Choose the product that you want to buy and check out with online banking , credit card or Bnpl 
• After payment being made , you will received Invoice at your registered mailbox 
• Download the Invoice as soft copy or print out hard copy and shown to our warehouse representative for verification purposes when you reach our warehouse.
• Customers that are doing self-pickup for another person have to provide us the details of the orders and the buyers name. Should we advise you that we will not proceed the orders if the buyers are not aware of another person came to collect the orders.
• Customer Order from Saturday until Wednesday (Cut Off every Wednesday)
• Stock Ready For pickup Within 1 week
• You may go to our warehouse for pickup on Next MOnday after Cut Off ( 1 week after payment have been made )
• Our pick-up location at Port Klang. Kindly Waze Synergy House Furniture Sdn. Bhd.
• Self-collection is only available on: 9:00am to 6:00pm. ( MONDAY ONLY  ) Except Public Holiday
